Agribusiness
We work hand-in-hand with 4,500 smallholder farmers across 32+ districts of Uganda — from the highlands of Mt. Elgon to the plains of West Nile. Through training in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), access to improved seedlings, organic inputs and post-harvest handling, our field teams help farming families lift yields, reduce losses and earn consistent, traceable income.
Manufacturing & Agro-Processing
Our modern Jinja facility runs cleaning, de-stoning, gravity separation, electronic sorting, roasting, milling, pressing and refining under one roof. Equipped with European stainless-steel lines and HACCP-compliant workflows, we transform raw commodities into market-ready ingredients — meeting the moisture, grade and microbiological specs of buyers in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Packaging
Five automated lines handle weighing, filling, sealing, metal detection, coding, labelling and palletisation in food-grade environments. From 25 kg and 50 kg multi-wall export bags to 1 kg retail-ready pouches, jute bags and custom-branded private label packs — every format is built to buyer specs and the destination market's regulatory requirements.
Global Trading
We connect Uganda to importers, distributors, roasters and processors across 27 countries on five continents. Our trade desk manages Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP), customs documentation, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, pre-shipment inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek), letters of credit and end-to-end shipment coordination.
Logistics & Distribution
Inland warehousing in Jinja with bonded and non-bonded zones, container stuffing, road freight to Mombasa and Dar es Salaam, sea-freight booking, vessel coordination and door-delivery to your facility. Live shipment tracking, container-level GPS and a dedicated logistics desk give you full visibility from our plant to your warehouse.
Agricultural Commodities
A reliable year-round supply of Uganda's finest produce — washed Arabica and Robusta coffee, white and natural sesame, fermented and unfermented cocoa, raw cashew nuts, yellow maize, soya beans, dried beans, sunflower seed, sorghum, millet and groundnuts. Every lot is graded, laboratory-tested, inspected and shipped to international specifications for food, feed and ingredient buyers.
Industrial & Specialty Products
Specialised inputs for industrial buyers, food manufacturers and processors — cotton lint and cotton seed, oilseed cake (soya and sunflower expeller), cocoa cake, cassava flour and chips, shea butter, charcoal and tailored semi-processed materials produced to your formulation and packaging.

On behalf of our international partners, we run supplier qualification, contract negotiation, third-party quality audits and supply chain design across East Africa.
