How it works
Direct procurement from certified farmer cooperatives and aggregators across Uganda — with origin records, grade and moisture logged at every collection point.
Every incoming lot is sampled, moisture-tested and visually graded against purchase specifications before it is allowed into the production line.
Mechanical pre-cleaning, aspiration, de-stoning and magnetic separation remove dust, stones, metal fragments and foreign matter to under 1% admixture.
Milling, pressing, roasting or extraction under controlled conditions — with temperature, humidity and throughput monitored continuously for consistency.
In-house and accredited third-party lab testing for moisture, purity, oil content, microbiology, aflatoxin and heavy metals before release.
Automated bagging in 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg or 1 MT bulk formats — metal detection, sealing and coded labelling as standard.
