Packaging Division
From bulk commodity to market-ready product โ engineered for international buyers.
The Packaging Process
Every batch starts with rigorous preparation. Raw commodities pass through a multi-stage cleaning train that removes field dust, chaff, husks and light foreign matter, then through destoners and gravity tables that separate heavier impurities. Magnetic separators and high-sensitivity metal detectors scan every kilogram for ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless contaminants. The result is a uniform, residue-controlled feed that protects downstream equipment and guarantees a clean, food-grade raw material ready for accurate weighing and packing.
Our automated packaging lines combine multi-head weighers, linear dosing and volumetric fillers to portion every product to exact weight specifications โ typically within ยฑ0.5 g on retail packs and ยฑ50 g on bulk bags. PLC-controlled recipes store target weights, tolerances and product parameters per SKU, so switching between coffee, grains, pulses or powder is fast and fully repeatable. Inline check-weighers reject under- or over-weight packs in real time, feeding correction data back to the weigher for a closed-loop, zero-defect fill.
A single integrated line handles the full range of pack formats our buyers need โ from 250 g and 500 g retail pouches for supermarket shelves, through 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg zip-lock consumer bags, into 25 kg and 50 kg woven polypropylene export bags, up to 1 metric tonne FIBC jumbo bags for industrial and bulk buyers. Each format is filled with the appropriate gross or net-weight system, with gross-weight models on jute/PP and net-weight models on premium retail packs.
Sealing is matched to product, climate, shelf-life and destination market. Heat-sealed polyethylene liners are used for moisture-sensitive powders; stitched closures with creep-resistant threads for woven bags; valve-sealed PE bags for free-flowing grains; and PE-lined, hermetic bags for extended shelf life. For oxygen- or humidity-sensitive items โ green coffee, spices, nuts and roasted products โ we offer vacuum and nitrogen-flushed (modified atmosphere) sealing that locks in freshness through long ocean transit.
Inline thermal-transfer and inkjet printers apply custom branding, batch codes, lot numbers, manufacturing dates, best-before dates and country-of-origin marks to every pack โ in single or multi-language layouts as required by the buyer. Compliance labelling is built in: nutritional tables, allergen declarations, ingredient lists, organic and fair-trade marks, GS1 barcodes (EAN-13, UPC, ITF-14) and QR-coded traceability codes that link each pack back to its source farm and processing batch.
Finished goods are stacked on ISPM-15 heat-treated and stamped export-grade pallets, then secured with stretch-wrap, edge protectors and PET strapping to survive handling at port, on the vessel and through inland distribution. Pallet patterns are engineered to fit 20 ft and 40 ft containers with maximum cube utilisation, and we can build mixed-SKU pallets for buyers who want consolidation. A waterproof pallet hood is added for any goods moving through humid or tropical routes.
The final stage moves your goods from our warehouse into the intermodal supply chain. We load 20 ft and 40 ft dry containers to buyer specification โ FCL for full-container orders, LCL for smaller consolidated shipments โ with accurate weight distribution, dunnage bags to prevent load shift, and silica-gel or clay desiccants for routes passing through humid climates. Each container is photographed, sealed with a numbered bolt seal that is recorded on the bill of lading, and booked onward through the destination freight partner.
