We work directly with smallholder farmers, providing training, inputs and fair prices that protect livelihoods and soil.
Our field agronomists run training programmes on good agricultural practices, post-harvest handling and climate adaptation.
Water recycling, solar power at our facilities, and waste reduction across all processing lines.
Investing in schools, clean water and healthcare in the farming communities that supply us.
Energy-efficient equipment, optimised logistics routes and packaging that reduces material use.
Fair wages, safe working conditions, training programmes and a culture of dignity and respect.
The vast majority of our supply comes from smallholder farmers across Uganda. Their success is our success โ and we invest in it accordingly.
Through our field programme we provide improved seed varieties, training in good agricultural practices, post-harvest handling support, and guaranteed offtake at fair prices.
This approach improves yields, raises farmer incomes and ensures a reliable, traceable supply chain for our customers.

Mobile clinics and maternal health programmes serve farming households across our sourcing regions, in partnership with regional health authorities.
We run dedicated training and microfinance programmes for women farmers โ who make up nearly half of our smallholder network.
Over 12,000 indigenous trees planted across our sourcing districts, with farmer-led cooperatives managing nurseries and replanting programmes.
